SUMMARY I
am seeking a role with project management, IT leadership, and IT governance
components. I have extensive background in interfacing with external clients,
internal IT solution teams, and building processes to help drive efficiency
and throughput. An
ideal opportunity will utilize my skills in software technology, project
management, and team leadership. I am specifically interested in an
organization that not only needs a champion for executing high value IT
projects within budget, schedule, and quality objectives but also values a
leader with a passion for continuous improvement. A
differentiating value I bring is a process-oriented view point, Agile related
industry best practices, and a lot of passion for continuous improvement. I
have been part of transformation from a waterfall environment to Agile at
Thomson Reuters and have advocated Agile practices at Kroll Ontrack, Best
Buy, and Pearson VUE. I am trained in change management and have utilized its
principles to influence teams towards Agile best practices. I
am a big-picture strategic thinker and passionate in identifying
opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost savings. EDUCATION M.B.A., University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, May
